Too many of us follow the advice of someone else… “Hey you should run a marathon”; yet you hate running and have never run a 5k. Or “Hey that martial arts class looks interesting – maybe I should get my Black Belt”, but you have never spent a minute inside of a dojo and have no idea about the dedication it takes to reach that level. Or perhaps you think “I should really watch less TV” –  but why? What is your reasoning behind that?

So many of us choose goals based on suggestions from our friends and family; yet we have no ambition to achieve them.  Or, they are simply goals that look interesting to us but we don’t fully realize the level of commitment it takes to reach them.  And finally, we often have no reasoning behind our goals. Sound familiar? Well, I am going to tell you that all of these conditions will lead to FAILURE.

I will show you how to pick the right goals for you to make yourself the best version of yourself! It all starts with the preparation. Your goals are awaiting you – you just need to prepare to achieve them.

When people see me they either think “Hey he’s just another guy”, or “Dang…how does he do it all?!?”.  I’m not trying to gloat or boast, but I have achieved a lot before my 35th birthday. For example:

  • I have a flourishing Military career – I was promoted 10 years ahead of the average age

  • Why proper planning is SO crucial – You will learn how to plan your week to move you towards your goals and, most importantly, achieve success.  I’ll show you how to Identify those “time drains” and ensure that they do not keep you from achieving success.
  • How to Execute, and stay on track – getting started is easy, but staying on track is the tough part. Learn how to get rid of those time drains, and how to stop making excuses for not being able to do something.
  • How to evaluate and track – most people hope they’re making progress but never actually track it. Learn how to track your progress, identify problem areas, and find places where you can do more!
